• The fraction you need (0–4, 4–11, 11–22, fill, plant-mix…)
• Total tonnage and, if known, the daily/weekly delivery rate
• Delivery location and site access (truck turning space)
• Delivery schedule — start date and duration
• Concrete class or specification reference, if any
