İTS Maden was founded in 1994 to supply limestone, sand and crushed stone to road construction projects in the region. As the group’s first company, it laid the ground for the concrete, pipe, marine and food companies that today sit under the Ozan Global Holding umbrella.
In the Milas, Bodrum and Ören areas we produce aggregate for road, infrastructure, marina, breakwater and construction projects. We operate four licensed quarries, crushing-screening plants, an aggregate washing plant, a plant-mix (PMT) facility and a large machinery park.
Every step from drilling and blasting to dispatch takes place on our own sites. That means two things: first, we know where the material comes from and how it was processed; second, the delivery schedule depends on us, not on an intermediary.
A significant share of the aggregate we produce goes into ready-mix concrete at our group company Bodrum Beton. A fixed source means consistent concrete — which is why we prefer to supply the same project from the same quarry.

Bench height and slope angle are planned; the drilling pattern and charge are set with both fragment size and site safety in mind.
Run-of-quarry material passes through jaw and impact crushers and is separated into fractions on the screen decks. Particle shape is set here.
Clay and fines are removed from the surface of crushed stone and sand, giving aggregate with high bond and predictable water demand.
Fractions are stockpiled separately so they cannot mix. Scheduled deliveries to site are made with our own fleet.
