Every step from drilling and blasting to dispatch happens on our own sites. Controlling the whole chain puts the delivery schedule in our hands.
We run staged production at four licensed quarries. Bench height, slope angle and the blasting plan are set with both yield and site safety in mind.
Run-of-quarry material passes through jaw and impact crushers and is separated into fractions on the screen decks. Particle shape and grading are set here.
The washing line removes clay and fines from the surface of crushed stone and sand. This is where we get aggregate with high bond and predictable water demand.
Different fractions are blended at the plant in set proportions and at controlled moisture content, leaving for site as material ready to lay.
A machinery park of drill rigs, crushers, excavators and loaders together with our own haulage fleet makes uninterrupted supply from quarry to site possible.
Mining intervenes in nature, and the responsibility is just as large. Licensing, rehabilitation and site safety are not compliance items for us — they are the job itself.

Dust suppression systems run on the crushing-screening lines and haul roads; water used in the washing plant is settled in sedimentation ponds.
Blasting, crushing and haulage are the three highest-risk steps in mining. Defined rules, equipment checks and on-site speed limits apply from the gate to dispatch.
Most of our output stays in the region: ready-mix production at our group company Bodrum Beton, and the road, infrastructure and building projects of Milas and Bodrum. Our workforce is local too.
Aggregate makes up roughly 70% of concrete by volume. If the grading is constant, the concrete is consistent — so we tie a project to a single quarry and keep a record of every delivery.
